Semi-Private TrainingTrain with me, in-person 1-2x/week. These sessions are limited to no more than 4 people at any point, meaning your coach can train and interact with you directly, while also building accountability in a gym setting.

Hybrid TrainingTrain with me, in-person (semi-private) 1-2x/week and complete additionally programmed sessions on your own, at your pace.

Remote TrainingTraining delivered to you via our app for you to complete on your own and where you prefer.
