Online Coaching

Online (Remote) Coaching offers you a do-on-your-own program that is completely individual to you. Wether you have sport-specific or longevity focused goals, this option is best suited for individuals who have previous training experience, enjoy and are able to train on their own, wand/or ant to build a more autonomous fitness routine. We will also go over any lifestyle and nutrition behaviors, as desired and within our scope. Any and all goals and skills welcome!

Service Description

$200/mo+tax

This option includes programming delivered via Everfit app and is completely remote. Clients are able to complete this option in the fitness center of their liking and are not bound to certain pieces of equipment but should have access to a well-equipped* gym setting, be it a preferred gym of theirs or a home gym. This option allows the Client to have more flexibility with their time and build autonomy in their fitness.

Who This Program Is Great For:

  • Client with access to a well-equipped gym or one able to get access.

  • Client with a home gym they want to continue to grow.

  • Client okay with training on their own and pushing themselves.

  • Client with previous training experience.

  • Client who can hold themselves accountable to do the work.

  • Clients that might have varying schedules or need extra flexibility to complete their sessions during the week.

 

Well-equipped gyms should include, at minimum, the following:

  • Dumbbell pairs up to at least 50lbs.

  • Multiple pieces of cardio equipment - ideally an erg of some type, too.

  • Full set of resistance bands.

  • Barbell + Plates

  • Bench

  • Squat Rack

 

Remote Training clients should expect the following in their training:

  • All training & communication delivered via Everfit app. Sessions are to be completed by the individual on their own time.

  • Requires access to fully-equipped gym.

  • Training frequency varies per individual but is decided on their goals, training experience, adherence to programming, and coaches discretion. Up to 5 days/week.

  • Nutrition and lifestyle behaviors addressed within scope of coach and desire of trainee. These are also at the discretion of coach and based on adherence.
